Anti-GOT1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Aspartate Aminotransferase (GOT1). It is raised in rabbit, of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 244–413 of human GOT1 (NP_002070.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 41 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:10–1:100.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
