Anti-GOSR2 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–190 of human GOSR2 (NP_004278.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 24 kDa. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, is unconjugated, and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity purified and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples and supported by one scientific validation image. Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
