This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against GOSR1, a cytoplasmic protein also referred to as ALS2CR1 with a reported molecular weight of 42 kDa. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human and mouse samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. According to published target information, GOSR1 enables identical protein binding activity and is involved in the positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription.
