Anti-GORASP2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is supplied as a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against GORASP2/GRASP55. It is of the IgG isotype and is provided in unconjugated, liquid form.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 353–452 of human GORASP2 (NP_056345.3), and the reagent has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa.

Formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
