Anti-GORASP1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets GORASP1, also referred to as GRASP65, the 65 kDa Golgi reassembly stacking protein 1 localised to the Golgi apparatus in human cells. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated.

The antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 221–440 of human GRASP65 (NP_114105.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The product is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF.

The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
