Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to GOPC, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and has been validated for use in WB and IHC applications.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human GOPC, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GOPC protein. The product is provided at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 51kDa.
