The anti-GOLPH3 polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit IgG reagent raised against Golgi phosphoprotein 3, a peripheral membrane protein of the trans-Golgi network that participates in vesicle trafficking, protein glycosylation, and mTOR signaling. This unconjugated primary antibody is supplied in a 100 µl vial and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry on human and mouse samples.

GOLPH3 (also designated GPP34 or MIDAS) has attracted interest in cancer biology because amplified or overexpressed GOLPH3 has been reported in breast, lung, colorectal, prostate, and ovarian tumors, where it correlates with enhanced cell proliferation and unfavorable prognosis. The reagent detects endogenous GOLPH3 expression in cell lines and tissue sections, enabling studies of Golgi morphology, secretory pathway dynamics, and signaling crosstalk.

For best results, store at -20°C in working aliquots and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not validated for clinical diagnostic procedures.
