Anti-GOLM1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets GOLM1 (also designated GOLPH2) and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 112–270 of human GOLPH2 (NP_057632.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration. The reported molecular weight is 75 kDa, and the product is supported by four scientific validation images. Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
