Anti-Golgin 45 (D22) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Golgin 45 is available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human Golgin 45, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the Golgin 45 protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
