Anti-GOLGA4 Antibody

Primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against the Golgin-245 target, also known as GOLGA4. The reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–150 of human GOLGA4 (NP_002069.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 280 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
