Anti-GOLGA2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against GOLGA2, also known as the 130 kDa cis-Golgi matrix protein, GM130 autoantigen, Golgin-95, and Golgin subfamily A member 2. The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with no fluorophore or enzyme attached, making it an unconjugated primary antibody suitable for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. It was generated against a recombinant human GOLGA2 protein and is reported to recognise the endogenous total GOLGA2 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The 50 µL size is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored long term at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
