Anti-GnT-III Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting human N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase III (GnT-III, encoded by MGAT3), supplied by Antibodies.com as 100 µl of unconjugated reagent. GnT-III catalyzes addition of N-acetylglucosamine to the trimannosyl core of N-linked glycoproteins in a β-1,4 linkage, producing the bisecting GlcNAc structure that has been linked to altered cell adhesion, receptor signaling, and tumor glycan remodeling.

This reagent is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples, providing a polyclonal tool to detect endogenous GnT-III in cultured cell lines and fixed tissue sections.
