Anti-GNS Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GNS. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 293–552 of human GNS (NP_002067.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 62 kDa. Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has been affinity-purified. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
