Anti-GNRH1 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides this rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for GNRH1, a 12 kDa target. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity-purified. Raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 24-92 of human GNRH1, the antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
