Anti-GNPAT (F365) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 341–390 of Human GNPAT, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GNPAT protein. It has a molecular weight of approximately 77 kDa. The product is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
