Anti-GNPAT Antibody

This polyclonal reagent targets glyceronephosphate O-acyltransferase, a peroxisomal enzyme that catalyzes the committed step of ether phospholipid biosynthesis by acylating dihydroxyacetone phosphate. Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, the format is 50 µl of unconjugated IgG in a single-use vial, validated for western blot detection of the endogenous protein in human and mouse lysates. GNPAT supports studies of peroxisomal lipid metabolism, ether lipid biology, and peroxisomal biogenesis disorders including rhizomelic chondrodysplasia punctata type 2.
