Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises GNMT and is validated for western blot (WB) applications with reactivity against Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–295 of human GNMT (NP_061833.1).

Following affinity purification, the reagent has a molecular weight of 33 kDa. Recommended western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. Concentration is lot specific.

Storage instructions: shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The product is intended for research use only.
