Anti-GNGT2 Antibody

Primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting GNGT2. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reactive with mouse samples.

The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-69 of human GNGT2 (NP_113686.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 14 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification.

For WB, a dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is recommended. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific, and the product is supported by one scientific validation image.
