The unconjugated IgG reagent shows reactivity with mouse samples and is intended for Western blot (WB) applications. CAPS buffer, commonly used in Western and immunoblotting workflows as a zwitterionic buffer active in the pH 7.9–11.1 range, supports the electro transfer of proteins to PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes.
