Description

Produced against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-68 of human GNG7 (NP_443079.1), the target has a stated molecular weight of 12 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended Western Blotting dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000. The formulation is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.
