Anti-GNG5 Antibody

It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human GNG5, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of GNG5 protein. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 7 kDa.
