Anti-GNG3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GNG3 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with mouse and rat samples and is supplied as a liquid. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–75 of human GNG3 (NP_036334.1).

The target has a molecular weight of 14 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity purification. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration given as lot specific. For Western blot, the manufacturer recommends a dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
