Anti-GNG12 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GNG12, offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at approximately 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The target protein, GNG12 — also referred to as G gamma12 or Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(O) subunit gamma-12 — is detected at an approximate molecular weight of ~8 kDa. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human GNG12, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
