Anti-GNG10 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and unconjugated, with IgG isotype. The reagent targets GNG10 and is validated for Western blot (WB), reacting with human, mouse and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-68 of human GNG10 (NP_001017998.1), with the sequence MSSGASASALQRLVEQLKLEAGVERIKVSQAAAELQQYCMQNACKDALLVGVPAGSNPFREPRSCALL. The reported molecular weight is 14 kDa and the recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000.
