Anti-GNE Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human GNE (UDP-N-acetylglucosamine 2-epimerase/N-acetylmannosamine kinase), enabling detection of endogenous total GNE protein in standard immunoassays. The polyclonal antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with magnesium and calcium omitted. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, showing reactivity with both human and mouse samples. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
