Anti-GNE Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets GNE and is raised in rabbit. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form, buffered in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–150 of human GNE (NP_001121699.1) and has been affinity purified. It is validated for Western blot, with a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000, and for immunohistochemistry, with a recommended dilution of 1:50–1:100. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 79 kDa.

The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
