Anti-GNB3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against GNB3, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The target is GNB3, with reactivity demonstrated against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–340 of human GNB3 (NP_002066.1), and the product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein has a molecular weight of 35 kDa.
