Anti-GNB2L1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in Rabbit against GNB2L1 (also known as RACK1). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. Reactivity covers Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and validated applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 30-290 of human RACK1. Recommended working dilutions are WB at 1:500-1:2,000, ICC/IF at 1:50-1:200, and ELISA at a starting concentration of 1 µg/ml. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 35 kDa, with a reported molecular weight of 32 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C, with the recommendation to aliquot upon delivery and store at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
