Anti-GNB2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GNB2, offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody is produced in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated, suitable for use in standard detection workflows.

Validated applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–340 of human GNB2 (NP_005264.2).

The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The GNB2 target has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa, and concentration is lot specific.
