Anti-GNB1L Antibody

This Primary Antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is a rabbit polyclonal raised against GNB1L and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is presented as a liquid preparation.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–327 of human GNB1L (NP_443730.1). The antibody has been affinity purified and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 35 kDa.

For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended by the manufacturer. The product concentration is described as lot specific. According to the supplier, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
