Anti-GNB1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for GNB1, available from Antibodies.com. The reagent is supplied unconjugated in IgG format and has been validated by the manufacturer for Western blot at a recommended dilution of 1:1,000–1:4,000, with additional validation for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence at 1:50–1:200. Reactivity is reported with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–340 of human GNB1 (NP_002065.1), and the antibody has been affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
