Anti-GNAZ Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GNAZ, also referred to as G(x) alpha chain, guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(z) subunit alpha and Gz-alpha. Raised in rabbit against recombinant human GNAZ protein and purified by affinity purification using the immunogen, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total GNAZ and is supported by two scientific validation images. It is shipped at 4°C; aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
