Anti-GNAZ Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets GNAZ, a member of the heterotrimeric G-protein alpha subunit family that couples cell-surface receptors to intracellular effectors. Raised in rabbits and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and reacts with GNAZ from human, mouse, and rat samples.

Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody stock intended for immunoblotting of cell or tissue lysates, as well as chromogenic or fluorescence-based staining of fixed tissue sections. The target, encoded by the GNAZ gene, is expressed in brain and platelets, where it contributes to receptor-driven modulation of adenylyl cyclase activity, ion channel function, and related downstream signaling pathways.
