Anti-GNAT1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GNAT1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western Blot applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human and Mouse samples, detecting endogenous levels of total GNAT1 protein by Western Blot.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human GNAT1. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

GNAT1, also referred to by the synonyms GNATR, Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(t) subunit alpha-1, and Transducin alpha-1 chain, is the protein target. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
