Anti-GNAS Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against GNAS and supplied unconjugated. The reagent is validated for western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation, and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 1–100 of human GNAS (NP_000507.1). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The observed molecular weight is 50 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:500–1:1,000 for IP. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
