Anti-GNAQ Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GNAQ, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity is confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–359 of human GNAQ (NP_002063.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 42 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is accompanied by 2 scientific validation images.
