Anti-GNAQ Antibody

Supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated polyclonal IgG in a vial, this Antibodies.com primary antibody targets GNAQ (G Protein Subunit Alpha Q), the alpha subunit of heterotrimeric G-proteins that couples GPCR activation to downstream intracellular signaling. Validated for Western Blot (WB) on human samples, the reagent enables detection of endogenous GNAQ protein in cell and tissue lysates. It is a useful research tool for studies on G-protein signaling, melanocyte biology, and the molecular pathology of GNAQ-driven diseases including uveal melanoma and Sturge-Weber syndrome.
