Anti-GNAI1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the GNAI1 protein target, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the antibody recognizes human, mouse, and rat GNAI1, supporting reproducible detection across common model systems used in cell signaling research.

GNAI1 encodes an alpha subunit of the heterotrimeric Gi/Go family, which mediates inhibition of adenylate cyclase and modulates downstream effectors such as MAPK and PI3K pathways.
