Anti-GNA15 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody against GNA15, marketed by Antibodies.com under their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated, IgG-class antibody is validated for Western blotting, and the supplier's product information also lists immunohistochemistry as an application.

Reported reactivity spans human, mouse and rat samples, although one manufacturer specification restricts this to mouse and rat. The target GNA15 has a stated molecular weight of 43 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified preparation in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation containing glycerol as a cryoprotectant; the exact buffer additives differ between manufacturer sources.

A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is provided. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 112–374 of human GNA15 (NP_002059.3) per one manufacturer specification, while another simply notes a recombinant human GNA15 protein.
