Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against recombinant human GNA11 protein and affinity-purified using the immunogen to ensure selective recognition of the endogenous G alpha-11 subunit. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol; it is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted for long-term storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
