Anti-GNA11 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against GNA11, supplied unconjugated as an IgG preparation by Antibodies.com. According to the manufacturer, the reagent is generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 160–359 of human GNA11 (P29992), and detects the endogenous target, which migrates at approximately 42 kDa.

The antibody is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. Reactivity is reported with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
