Anti-GMPS Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GMPS, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) work, with one scientific validation image available. The immunogen is recombinant full length Human GMPS, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GMPS protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Affinity purification using epitope-specific immunogen gave a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the protein target has a molecular weight of approximately 77 kDa. The reagent is of the IgG isotype.
