Anti-GMPS Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GMPS, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunoprecipitation applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 394–693 of human GMPS (NP_003866.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 80 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for immunoprecipitation. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are provided.
