Anti-GM-CSF Antibody [KT35]

From Antibodies.com, this rat monoclonal antibody (clone KT35) is specific to GM-CSF and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA. It is of the IgG2a isotype, supplied unconjugated, and reacts with human samples.

The antibody was raised against recombinant human GM-CSF and is provided as a liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. IgG is purified from culture supernatant through a Protein G column, yielding a protein of length 127. Recommended starting dilutions are 1 µg/ml for ELISA and 1/500–1/5,000 for WB. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
