Anti-GM-CSF Antibody [429]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 429) targets Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) and is validated for ELISA and WB applications. It reacts with human samples and is supplied unconjugated in lyophilised form.

The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and recognises both natural and recombinant human GM-CSF. It does not cross-react with M-CSF, G-CSFR, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, TGF-ß1 or TNF-a. The immunogen was purified recombinant human GM-CSF, and the product has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is formulated lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2 and should be reconstituted with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
