Anti-GM-CSF Antibody [29]

Mouse monoclonal antibody [29] specific for Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is of mouse origin, isotype IgG1, unconjugated, and reacts with human samples. It is validated for ELISA and Western Blot applications and is supplied as a lyophilised preparation reconstituted in double distilled water.

The reagent was raised against purified recombinant human GM-CSF and recognises both natural and recombinant human GM-CSF. It has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and is formulated from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.2. Concentration is reconstitution dependent. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

In cross-reactivity testing, the antibody does not recognise M-CSF, G-CSFR, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, TGF-ß1 and TNF-a.
