Anti-GM-CSF Antibody [26]

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 26) directed against Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF). It is supplied as a lyophilised preparation and is unconjugated.

The reagent is validated for use in ELISA and WB applications and reacts with human samples. It is of the IgG1 isotype and recognises both natural and recombinant human GM-CSF. The immunogen used was purified recombinant human GM-CSF. In cross-reactivity testing, the antibody does not recognise M-CSF, G-CSFR, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, TGF-ß1 and TNF-a.

The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2. It is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution should be carried out with double distilled water, and concentration is reconstitution dependent.
