Anti-GM-CSF Antibody [26]

A research-grade monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, this mouse-derived primary antibody recognises human Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF), a pro-inflammatory cytokine central to myeloid lineage differentiation, alveolar macrophage maintenance, and neutrophil priming in innate immune responses.

Supplied as 100 µg of lyophilised product, the IgG1 clone [26] is unconjugated, allowing flexible pairing with secondary detectors and chromogenic, fluorescent, or HRP reporters chosen by the end user.

In Western blot workflows the reagent resolves endogenous GM-CSF in whole-cell lysates and recombinant standards, supporting studies of haematopoietic and inflammatory signalling.
