Anti-GM-CSF Antibody [204]

Mouse monoclonal antibody [204] from Antibodies.com, raised against Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF). This unconjugated primary antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and is validated for use in ELISA and Western Blot applications with human samples.

Specificity has been confirmed against natural and recombinant human GM-CSF, and the antibody does not recognise M-CSF, G-CSFR, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, TGF-ß1 or TNF-a. The immunogen was purified recombinant human GM-CSF, and the antibody has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is supplied lyophilised from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.2 and should be reconstituted with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent.

Shipped at 4°C, the product should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
