Anti-GM-CSF Antibody [120]

From the Antibodies.com range of primary antibodies, this mouse monoclonal reagent (clone 120) is raised against Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF). The IgG1 antibody is unconjugated and validated for use in ELISA and Western Blot, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The antibody recognises both natural and recombinant human GM-CSF, and was generated using purified recombinant human GM-CSF as the immunogen. According to the manufacturer's cross-reactivity profile, it does not recognise M-CSF, G-CSFR, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, TGF-ß1 or TNF-a.

Supplied as a lyophilised product from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.2, the antibody has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It should be reconstituted with double distilled water; the working concentration is reconstitution dependent. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
